Driving towards a brighter future: Legendary duo Bernie Collins and Andy Stevenson unite with Grand Prix Trust

Sky Sports pundit Bernie Collins and Aston Martin Formula 1 team sporting director Andy Stevenson have been appointed trustees of the Grand Prix Trust, founded by Jackie Stewart in 1987 to assist individuals in the F1 community facing financial hardship.

The Grand Prix Trust is overseen by Martin Brundle, with trustees including Patrick Head, Ross Brawn, and Jonathan Wheatley.

Collins, formerly head of strategy at Aston Martin, has gained popularity as a pundit, while Stevenson has been with the team since its debut in 1991 and progressed from a mechanic to a key role.

Both Collins and Stevenson expressed their privilege and honor in joining the Trust board, emphasizing the importance of supporting F1 personnel and giving back to the motorsport community.

In addition to aiding individuals with F1 experience, the Grand Prix Trust also offers educational support through a bursary fund to help disadvantaged children pursue opportunities in the sport.
